Rueda is placed in the North plateau, following the river Duero. Surrounded by renowned appelations of red wines, Rueda has its uniqueness thanks to white wines. Moreover, thanks to a indigenous white grape variety, Verdejo. It is grown in very poor soils, limestone with different percentages of clays. The continental climate, with cold and dry winter and hot summers of chilly nights, set up the character of this incredible grape.
The soil is chalky, loose and very stony surface, which favors drainage.
We work on large doses of enthusiasm and commitment. We love the binomial territory-grape and from this, we want to get a wine reflecting that passion.
We do not leave room for improvisation and but sometimes spontaneity appears to give us surprises. Maybe it’s because inspiration makes us always vigilant:
Alegra could be the name of a song, a way of life, or maybe a way to love everyday
We are convinced that some terroir has caught your attention. Do not hesitate to contact us if you are interested in tasting our wines.
