- In a gallon-sized resealable bag, combine oil, soy sauce, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, Dijon, salt, pepper, parsley, and garlic.

Storing and Reheating Instructions
Freezer: Place the leftover pork chops into an airtight container and store them for up to 5 days in the refrigerator.
Reheat: To reheat these air fryer pork chops, the best way would be to put them back in the air fryer at 350℉ for 3-5 minutes or until they are heated through.
Frequently Asked Questions
With most marinades on our site, we use easy ingredients you probably have in your pantry. The ingredients that you will need for this marinade are: vegetable oil (could also use canola oil), soy sauce, apple cider vinegar (can also use white vinegar), Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, Dijon mustard (yellow mustard will also work), salt, pepper, parsley, and garlic.
The key to these juicy pork chops is letting them marinate for 6-8 hours. For the best results, I even let them marinate overnight. I wouldn’t recommend marinating these pork chops much longer than 12 hours. The main ingredient – soy sauce – is very acidic and will break down the pork chops, making them mushy and an inedible texture.
If you want to make these pork chops in advance, I would recommend placing the pork chops and marinade in a resealable gallon-sized freezer bag and keeping them in the freezer. They will keep in your freezer for up to 30 days. When you are ready to grill them, remove them from the freezer 12-24 hours in advance and place them in the fridge to thaw.
If you don’t have a grill or it’s the middle of winter and you don’t feel like firing up the grill, have no fear! You can bake these pork chops in your oven. Preheat oven to 375℉. Spray a 9×13″ baking pan with non-stick cooking spray. Place pork chops inside the pan (after they are finished marinating) and pour the marinade on top of the chops. Cook uncovered for 25-35 minutes (depending on the thickness of the chops) or until internal temperature reaches 145℉.

The recipe sounds wonderful but I can’t cook it because I have a 3qt. MINI instant pot. I don’t know how to make adjustments. I have never used an instant pot. I am a senior citizen cooking for one only. If I cut the recipe in half, do I cut the cooking time in half or make other changes? I don’t know enough to experiment. Help!!!
Hi Phyllis-
First I would suggest cooking these just as they are described. I find cooking my pork chops in the Instant Pot make them dry.
But when you do use the 3qt Instant pot, cut the recipe in half and keep the time the same. Hope this helps!
Very good marinade for pork chops. Husband says the best chops I’ve ever fixed!!
