This was delicious! I found a chicken Gouda sausage and that paired nicely with the veggies. It does take quite a bit longer than 20 minutes to cook just as a note.

Sheet Pan Chicken Sausage and Vegetables Recipe is a good to go dish, and it is easy to prepare. I have tried the recipe , thank you for sharing the same. However I have used pure ghee instead of using olive oil. The taste was good and I trust ghee nutrition more than olive oil. You may try ghee instead of olive oil.

This is a meal everyone in my family will eat. Some don’t care for the zucchini and one doesn’t care for carrots. But it’s an easy meal and everyone gets fed.
