We’ve been making variations of this for years, and it’s always a favorite with the fam and friends. We bag it up in fancy xmas themed bags to hand out for the holidays.
I’ve found that I can increase the cereals to 6 cups each, and there is still enough coating to cover everything nicely. Also, the white chocolate chips that have cocoa butter as one of the first ingredients seem to melt up nicer in my experience. Others made with palm kernal oil have ended up being too dry and harder to melt without adding a bunch of extra oil.

Has anyone made this with Chocolate Chex cereal. I always made this with the standard corn or rice but wondered if this would be a yummy option as I bought a box on sale.
