In reply to Bonnie. Hi Bonnie, we have only made these in the 9 x 13 inch pan. They aren't super thin. If you did them in a 9 x 9 they would be quite thick. The cooking time would definitely be longer. I just wouldn't want them to burn on the bottom so the middle is cooked through. It's kind of a pricey recipe to do an experimental batch with, but that might be your best bet. Have so much fun at your party and I wish I had a more solid answer for you! I just hate to tell you it would work when I don't know for sure!

I am planning on making these for a small Christmas party that I’m going to tomorrow night. I’m sure they’ll be delicious. I am wondering though, have you ever tried making them in a smaller pan so they would be thicker? I’m sure the baking time would need to be adjusted then also. Just wondering if you think that would work.
