Where is the rest of the recipe? I only see an equipment list and ingredient list, no instructions. I could try to wing it, but I’d rather not.

If I don’t use thawed instead of frozen chicken breast, would I still cook it for the same amount of time? 6-7 on high or 3-4 on low?

In reply to Erinn. I used onion in mine today and it was great. I also mixed up some of my own ingredients for BBQ sauce instead of just using a bottle. Didn't have bacon so we omitted that, but I can see how it would be awesome.
