Sprinkle the jello and unflavored gelatin over the water in a small saucepan. Heat over medium heat and stir until completely dissolved.
Pour into molds (or use a dropper) and allow to set up on the counter at least 20 minutes.
Notes
To use juice for flavoring, omit the water and add ⅓ cup of juice and 2 Tablespoons sweetener (like honey or sugar). Add the two packets of plain gelatin and continue with the recipe as written (the texture may be slightly different, but it should still work).
