Our team

We are two sisters very different but both very restless.

Ruth de Andrés

Winemaker

Ruth always noted for her cheeky sense of smell, who would have thought that later became one of their professional tools! Working, has shown me to have a knack to bring out the extraordinary. Degree in Chemistry (University of Oviedo) and Enology (University of Valladolid). She also studied postgraduate degrees in University of Burdeos and University of Barcelona.

Ana de Andrés

Project Manager

Ana is the little one, and, perhaps because of that, she has strong character and an iron will. She has always been the great defender of lost causes: over time, she headed her vehemence toward a persistent and organized job. Degree in Psycology (University of Salamanca) and Work Science, she has studied in the University of Turku (Finland) and The University of Green Bay (USA).

ALICANTE

The Monastrell grows and develops in its natural habitat: in front of the Mediterranean, in the Southeast of the Iberian Peninsula. This area has produced wines since the time of the Phoenicians, wines that were already marketed across the sea and that reached all the points of the different empires that conquered this land.

CAVA

With a clear Mediterranean influence, Penedes has a long tradition on sparkling elaborated by the traditional or champenois method. Thanks to the soft Mediterranean climate and clay soils, the grape has the optimum conditions of maturity and brings the acidity necessary to maintain the fresh taste of our cavas.

RIBERA DEL DUERO

Ribera del Duero is a complex land and harsh climate with unique conditions that produce, at high altitude, grapes of exceptional quality. This Project recuperates old vineyards, almost abandones, creating a new way of life for the population of a small village in the remote area of Soria, in Ribera del Duero.

RIOJA

The undulating landscape shapes hills and valleys and so many microclimates enhancing all the shades of Tempranillo. The whole area benefits from the confluence of two widely opposing climates (Atlantic and Mediterranean) with an annual rainfall of a little above 400 l/m2and mild temperatures, ideal conditions for grape growing.

RÍAS BAIXAS

The wines of the Rías Baixas Designation of Origin have evolved from a wine-growing tradition that is deeply rooted in the 5 sub-zones of which it is made up. They are produced from indigenous grape varieties, such as Albariño, which achieve their full expression in the special wine-growing conditions of southern Galicia.
