BBQ Tater Tot Casserole
When you make this BBQ Tater Tot Casserole you will fall in love with all of the flavors found in this! Seasoned ground beef, fresh veggies, cheese, and of course crispy tater tots!

Ingredients
- 1 ½ pound ground beef
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 onion, diced
- ½ red bell pepper, diced
- ½ green bell pepper, diced
- 1 can corn, drained
- 2 can Bold Manwich sauce
- 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 (32 oz) bag tator tots
Instructions
- Brown ground beef, salt & pepper, onion, red pepper, & green pepper together until the hamburger is cooked through. Drain grease well. Add in the drained corn and Manwich sauce and mix until combined. Heat through.
- Pour into a lightly greased 9 x 13 inch pan.
- Sprinkle 1 cup of grated cheese over the top of the hamburger mixture.
- Place tater tots over all and then cover with the remaining 1 cup of cheese.
- Bake for 25 minutes in oven heated to 400 degrees.
Notes
If you cannot find the Manwich sauce, feel free to use your favorite BBQ sauce in its place.
